Description: This unique split level non-smoking home is available to rent as the entire house (5 bedrooms), or the top or lower level only. This is the perfect place for your next vacation, family reunion or Holiday Celebration. Come enjoy the quiet of a residential street just a short walk to restaurants, shops and some of Maui’s best beaches. Each level has a private patio with a gas BBQ, fully stocked kitchen with electric stove and full bathroom. The top level has partial mountain and Ocean views from the deck. All the bedrooms have luxurious 450 thread count sheets and down pillows. A five person Jacuzzi nestled in a private bamboo oasis awaits you after your day at the beach or sightseeing. Telephone and internet access is provided as well as a large selection of DVD movies and a Sony Playstation 2.

For your convenience we also provide Croquet and bocce ball, assorted snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler & beach towels and off street parking available for 4 cars. The location is just right and so is the price! Come experience “Casual Island living” without breaking the budget. Completely remodeled (Sept 2007) this home is beautifully decorated in cozy Hawaiian beach style décor with all the amenities and comforts of home. There is plenty of room to entertain your family & friends on the kitchen bars outside decks and patio or on the spacious grass lawn.

Nearby attractions include world class Golf courses, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, Whale watching (seasonal), hiking, snorkeling & Scuba. This home is located less than a ½ mile from some of Kihei’s favorite beaches and park systems and a ‘not so known’ beach in front of multimillion dollar beach estates. Some of our favorite restaurants within walking distance are “Sarento’s” and “Five Palms” both are on the water with awesome sunset views. Another favorite is “Fred’s, don’t miss the great fish tacos! Above Fred’s is “Moose McGuillicuddy's” a fun sports bar and restaurant. The Shops of Wailea and many other restaurants and shops are just a few miles away including Denny’s and several convenience stores.
